What could be better than indulging in a hearty goose meal?
From 15.10.2024 we will again be offering you delicious goose dishes. Whether for a festive family meal, a romantic dinner or a get-together with friends – our goose menu is the perfect choice for any occasion. You can expect goose lard with freshly baked farmhouse bread, crispy goose legs or a delicious goose breast. If ordered in advance, we will also be happy to carve a juicy goose for you – tender and crispy, perfectly prepared and with a filling of pretzel dumplings and meat, served at your table. Served with homemade potato dumplings, apple red cabbage and goose jus.
